hCG Diet Overview
Before I share my review and personal experience using hCG drops, I thought I'd give you a background on what is hCG?
What is the hCG Diet?
hCG also known as human chorionic gonadotropin, is a hormone that is produced during pregnancy. HCG sends a signal (message) to the hypothalamus (important area in the brain that affects metabolism, which provides the body with energy to burn calories) to mobilize fat stores. This will help the body bring in nutrients and energy it needs regardless of the caloric intake of its mother by using up the mother’s stored fat.
hCG Injection vs hCG Drops
There two forms that can be taken in the hCG for weight loss plan. Form one is to have hCG injection, which would require you to administer injections or several visits a day to your doctors office. The second form are liquid drops each day. So which is better hCG Injections vs hCG Drops? The quick answer is, both delivery methods are equally effective. The method you choose should be the method most convenient to you.
Below is a sample meal plan I used. This plan works with the hCG drops. In my next post I will include a recipe handbook specifically for the hCH diet meal plan.
Sample hCG Meal Plan
*Drink lots of water (at least 2 liters)
First 2 days on the drops eat LOTS of fattening food! This is very important to jump start the metabolism and sets the level of the HCG. Eat all day!!!!
Take HCG drops for 23 days, then no drops for the last three days, but continue to diet until all HCG is flushed from your system until you reach day 26.
Breakfast:
Tea in any quantity without sugar Only one tablespoonful of milk is allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

hCG Diet – Real Deal?
It seems that everywhere you look there's some new diet or diet fad. Everything ranging from the cookie diet to Weight Watchers, to the extreme lemonade diet. For many of us, we find it very difficult to seek out a diet program that not only will rid us of the excess pounds, but one that is safe and natural. Also one that will keep it off for good. I've spent most of my 37 years of life struggling with my weight, I've tried almost every diet program, exercise, and the quick fix unhealthy diet pills. One thing they had in common was that they worked but didn't keep the weight off. I'd find myself gaining back the weight a few months later. So when I first learned about the hCG Diet, naturally I figured it was just another fad that would work but was only temporary. NOT So, wait till you read what I will share with you on my blog.
What you’ll find here is the most comprehensive review of the hCG Diet on any site on the net, as well as my personal experience with it during my 9 month test period.
